I found several things of great help today.  I loved the way he
handled so many of their future objections right there at the listing time.

What I most liked about our call this morning was when you asked for
Brad to repeat the key points of his talk; because, even though I was taking
notes, I didn't get all of it.  To market to agents, to fax to
competition of our listing in that area helping the agent to make a
sale and letting them know we are aware of their property to help them
sell there property, and (3) and do a reverse search of agents looking
for similar properties to our and then marketing to them our listing.
I can use this strategy in my listing presentation. 

Brad's attitude of concern for others was evident in his willingness
to share every little detail of how he operates.  I feel hopeful and
proud to be a part of the great people like him and you, Karen.

Brad's presentation was great! I always have presented the truth to
seller's during my presentation only to get beat up by the competition. It's
been a bit frustrating for me. I prepare all my information on their
home, end up leaving it and not getting the listing. I like how Brad
goes over how he markets the home and the truth about how other realtors work. Brad's presentation has given me some new ideas. I do have some further
